Mandarin Madness! Learn Mandarin Chinese through games, music, art and dance!

Class length: 8 weeks

Mondays @ 1:00p – 1:45p (PT)

Ages: 9-12

Class size: 4-8 learners

Price: $120 ($15 per class)

Focus: Learning the Pinyin pronunciation system and beginner vocabulary for themes such as numbers, family, colors and animals in addition to learning about Chinese culture. Content will be adjusted depending on collective learners’ previous language experience.

Goal: Students will gain the ability to understand and speak basic Mandarin sentences and read/write simple Chinese characters. Learners will also acquire a deeper understanding of Chinese culture through song and movement and have the opportunity to celebrate Chinese New Year with a Chinese lion head and real Chinese lion dancers!
